Intro
Crew Resource Management is a fundamental skill required throughout aviation. It is required for a team that is efficient but more importantly safe and deliberate. We were tasked with creating a checklist for the Bramor in order to increase our crew's efficiency through developing a better Crew Resource Management. In order to complete this task our flight crew adapted the Bramor checklist into a better organized and compartmentalized procedure for each member of the flight crew.
Crew Member Breakdown
We developed four roles for our flight crew and then broke down their responsibilities during each stage of the operation. The roles we selected were: Pilot-in-command, Second-in-command, Flight engineer, and Sensor Operator/ Visual Observer. Blank spaces in the table means the task is required of each member and that the members challenge each other.
